"Do I need to have hearing aids already?" No. Some equipment works independently. Others work best alongside hearing aids. We'll ask about your situation before making any recommendations.

"Will this work with my existing hearing aids?" Many remote microphone systems are compatible with a wide range of hearing aids via Bluetooth or a compatible receiver. We'll check compatibility before anything is ordered.

"Can iHear come to my workplace?" Yes. We offer workplace assessments in person or by video call, and can install and demonstrate equipment on site.
