Our Technical Friend service is for anyone who's confused about what equipment they need, not sure whether something they've bought is working properly, wondering whether their hearing aids are compatible with a device they've seen, or just not sure where to start.

You don't have to buy anything. You don't have to be a customer. Just get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
