Installations & Setup

Technology that isn't set up properly isn't technology it's expensive clutter.

We carry out professional installation and configuration for all the equipment we supply, and we offer installation support for equipment purchased elsewhere where we can.

What our installation service covers:

Hearing loops We install and test to BS EN 62489 / BS 8300 standards, including loop driver installation, cable routing, field strength testing and handover documentation. We test with calibrated equipment not a rough guess.

Classroom and workplace audio systems transmitter and receiver system installation, pairing with receivers and hearing aids, configuration for the specific space, and training for users and support staff.

Home alerting systems Doorbell, smoke alarm and bed-shaker systems installed and tested in your home, with a walkthrough so you're confident in how everything works.

Remote setup and configuration For Bluetooth streamers, phone accessories and TV listening systems, we offer remote setup support by video call. We will walk you through the process step by step.

"Can't I just install it myself?" For many consumer products, yes. But for hearing loops, workplace systems and anything that needs to interact with hearing aids or cochlear processors, professional setup makes a significant difference to performance. A poorly configured system can actually be worse than no system at all.

"Do you install outside Scotland?" We cover Scotland directly and work with our Local Partner network for installations elsewhere in the UK. Get in touch and we will tell you what's available in your area.
