Repairs
Before you replace it, let us take a look.
Assistive listening equipment is not cheap, and a lot of problems that look serious are actually straightforward to fix. We offer a repair and fault triage service for equipment we've supplied and in many cases for equipment purchased elsewhere.
Our repair process:
- Get in touch and describe the problem
- We'll give you initial guidance sometimes the issue is solvable without sending anything to us
- If the equipment needs to come back to us, we'll give you a quote before any work is carried out
- For equipment under warranty, we'll liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf
Common faults we see:
- Hearing loop driver failure or incorrect settings
- Roger receiver compatibility or pairing issues
- Bluetooth connectivity problems
- Battery or charging unit faults
- Physical damage to connectors or cables
"My equipment is out of warranty is it worth repairing?" Often, yes. We'll be honest with you about whether repair makes financial sense compared to replacement.
