VAT Exemption

We have provided the option for our customers to declare, on the product page, that they are eligible to purchase qualifying products with the VAT Zero Rated. The VAT will be deducted from your purchase. This is only valid for UK residents with a hearing impairment.

Once your order has been placed we will email an Eligibility Form for signature as we are required by HMRC to keep this with our accounting records for VAT inspection.

PLEASE NOTE - It is an offence to make a false declaration and anyone doing so may be prosecuted by HMRC.
