    Order Process

    An order can be placed by registering your details on our website. Add the items you want to purchase in the basket and proceed to the checkout. All orders, for items in stock, are processed Monday to Thursday within 24 hours. Orders received after 15:00 on a Friday are processed on the Monday. Processing of non stock items is highlighted on the product page. Our aim is to ship within 1 to 2 working days though we have no control over couriers. Prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT. The delivery charge is added at the checkout stage. We use Shopify and PayPal as the method of payment for debit and credit cards. You do not have to become a member of PayPal to use their system.

    Delivery

    All orders over £50.00 are shipped free of charge on standard delivery. Orders under £50.00 are priced according to weight and the customers choice of delivery method. Every effort will be made to deliver products to you within 5 days of your order. Non stock items may take 7 days. Delivery times quoted are estimates, as we have no control over our couriers, and we cannot be held responsible for any failure to deliver products to you within any quoted delivery time. We will contact you to inform you of delays if they occur. Your order will be delivered to you or the contact at the address you have provided on your order. Royal Mail and ParcelForce are our main methods of delivery. We will email you the tracking number. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

    Cancellation / Returns

    Consumer Rights Act 2015 allows you to cancel your order at any time - up to 14 days after the day you receive them. To do this, please e-mail, write or call the company. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. We will refund your money within 14 days which will include your original delivery charge. This is not applicable if we supply the goods with free delivery. If you chose enhanced delivery we only have to refund the standard delivery cost. We will pay for the return of any goods that are faulty. If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. If you fail to return the goods, and they have to be collected, you will be charged for the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, resulting in damage or deterioration, you will be charged for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described.
