Geemarc AMPLIPOWER 40 is a very loud amplified telephone that is hearing aid compatible and although designed for people who are deaf and hard of hearing it is also a good phone for businesses where there is loud background noise. With an inductive coupler in the handset, a person with a hearing aid or cochlear implant processor that has a telecoil can switch to the T or loop setting. This Amplified Telephone has a user adjustable volume control and a boost button that takes the amplification to 40dB. The volume control can be increased or decreased during a telephone conversation. With the large buttons, ring indicator and speakerphone this phone is also ideal for people with poor vision and limited manual dexterity. If you require a phone with greater amplification there is the Geemarc AMPLIPOWER 50 with volume to 60dB.
